| 摘 要： | 2011年，世界经济总体呈现出缓慢复苏势头，但由于各种原因，这种复苏势头并不稳定，甚至出现了波折。当前，世界经济充满危机和障碍，利空因素远多于利好因素，经济下行风险愈益增大，但跌入衰退线的概率不大。
