| Abstract: | We must take official selection and appointmemt as a key,institutional improvement as a guarantee and training as a basis in order to produce a contigent of high-caliber officials.Only by doing well in selecting,appointing,supervising and training officials,can we produce a contingent of high-caliber officials and provide a strong organizational guarantee for attaining the great objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way. |
