| 摘 要： | 当前易制毒化学品走私贩卖情况严重,公安机关每年缴获大量的易制毒化学品。但是由于公安机关缺乏专业人员、缺乏专业设备、缺乏安全处置易制毒化学品避免环境破坏的有效手段等,所以对收缴的易制毒化学品进行处理和销毁存在很大的困难。因此,研究处理缴获易制毒化学品存在的困境并针对性地提出了解决的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, precursor chemicals smuggling and trafficking is rampant, and a great deal of the chemicals is seized by the police every year. However, the police cannot find a good way to deal with the seized because there is not professional staff, equipments for dealing with the chemicals. Therefore, countermeasures are urgent to find out. |
