| Abstract: | As a new form of international criminal investigation co-operation, Joint Investigation began in Europe. From the current legislation and practice, Joint Investigation should be analyzed from the angle of criminal procedure law analysis, specifically, is still in the process of theoretical establishment on the nature, connotation, binding effect of behavior and criminal procedure. |
