| 摘 要： | 中小企业的跨越式发展是由旧质状态向新的质态的转变 ,这种转变主要包括实现产品跨跃、设备跨越、管理水平、人才队伍、企业教育的跨越。注重技术引进 ,加强自主创新 ;挂靠企业集团 ,相得益彰发展 ;发挥科技创新、技术转让和中介组织的作用 ;改革企业体制 ,激发员工创造活力是实现跨越的有效途径。
