| Abstract: | In order to set up a new labor relationship which could adapt to the economic requirements of the socialist market economy, the trade unions should, under the leadership of the Party committee, set up and improve its labor system. It should also perfect the coordination mechanism of labor relationship by propaganda and education, forecasting analysis, coordination, check-up supervision and the feedback of information. |
