社区矫正对象重新犯罪因素探讨

社区矫正有利于罪犯回归社会,降低了重新犯罪的发生率。但是,社区矫正对象还存在重新犯罪的情况,究其原因,既有社区矫正对象自身文化水平低、法律意识淡薄、社会交往不良、心理因素复杂、犯罪的职业化等因素,也包括社会歧视、教育欠缺、社区矫正工作方法不当、监狱行刑效果不佳等方面的因素。
