| Abstract: | Revolved round the theme of conscientiously stressing the transformation of governmental function and the development of human resources in the process of carrying out West China's development, the article makes a thorough explaination from four respects,that is::(1)the transformation of governmental function is the otjective claim of planned economy changing into market economy,(2) the strategy of carrying out West China' s development raises more claims for the transformation of governmental function, (3)Several works should be conscientiously stressed in the transformation of govornmental function,(4)make a good job of human resources development and construct Sichuan's human resources height. |
