| 摘 要： | 中共二大,是党的历史上一次重要的全国代表大会。大会通过的一系列重要文件,对于中国共产党以后的发展壮大,具有重要指导意义。特别是大会通过的《关于共产党的组织章程决议案》等文件,精辟地阐述了党和群众的关系和群众工作,对我们在新的历史条件下加强党的群众工作,有着深刻的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | The Second National Congress of the CPC was an important congress in the history of the Party. The series of documents adopted in the congress were important guidance for the later development and expansion of the Party. Especially, the Resolution on the Organic Constitution of the CPC and other documents brilliantly de scribed the Party masses relation and the mass work, having a profound enlightening significance for our strengthening the mass work of the Party under the new historical conditions. |
