| 摘 要： | 社会主义生态文明建设新时代是对中国特色社会主义建设总目标的全新诠释和科学定位,社会主义生态文明建设新时代表现出人与自然、人与社会、人与人和谐关系基本特征下的新型人类文明形态。由于生态经济系统有着明显的地域性,因而,社会主义生态文明建设在不同的区域其表现形式不同。

| Abstract: | The new epoch of building socialist ecological civilization is a brand new interpretation and scientific orientation of the general goal of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. It exhibits a new form of hu man civilization under the basic conditions of harmony between human and nature, between human and society, and between peoples. The ecological economic system has apparent local characteristics;therefore, the building of socialist ecological civilization is presented in different forms in different areas. |
