| Abstract: | In Mrs.Dalloway,Virginia Woolf has endowed paralleling Mrs.Dalloway and Septimus Warren Smith with several binary-opposing factors: femaleness and maleness,life and death,reason and insanity.Through skillful arrangements at the end of the novel,these binary-opposing factors finally achieve,in the two characters,respective unification. |
