| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生政治思想教育工作的主要执行者和实践者,是大学生健康成长的指导者、引路人和知心朋友,是促进大学生成为有用人才和维护学校与社会改革、发展和稳定的重要力量。当前高校辅导员队伍建设存在诸多问题,我们必须采取有效措施,改进和完善辅导员队伍建设工作。

| Abstract: | College counselors take charge of the schools' moral work;carry out the students political thought education.They help the students with their healthy growth,instruct them and are their bosom friends.Also they play important roles in the promotion of college students' development.What's more,they act as champions for the school's as well as the society's reform,development and stability.By empirically studying the current situation of college counselors' team,the paper analyses the problems existing in this team's construction.Meanwhile,the author proposes his ideas of improving and perfecting the college counselors team building. |
