Detailed Standards and Guidelines for Investigating Duty-related Crimes in Forestry

At present,duty-related crimes in forestry present a trend of diversity,complexity and concealment. With the establishment of new mechanism of investigation by supervisory commission,prosecution by procuratorial organ and trial by court,the investigation mode of duty-related crime in forestry field must be examined. In terms of investigation standards,we shall further clarify the relevant provisions,and specify the charge and filing standard. We shall achieve active investigation,establish investigation mechanism,realize evidence-stimulated trial,evidence-confession interactionby means of information technology,by use of inspection and identification method of judicial accounting technology in order to improve investigation ability and promote the efficiency of combating duty-related crimes in forestry field to form a high-pressure situation against such crimes.
