中国能源安全中的国际长期合同问题

能源国际长期合同是指国家与国家之间，或国家与外国公司之间或东道国公司与外国公司之间在能源勘探、开发、生产、供给、贸易和利用等方面设定各自权利义务关系的长期协议。能源国际长期合同较其他的国际合同在法律性质、特征、成立与效力、权利和义务、争议的解决等方面存在很大的不同，因而其法律规制及在履行中的特殊性显而易见。中国应加强能源国际长期合同的研究，确保能源经济主权和安全。
