| 摘 要： | 特许学校是美国1990年代基础教育改革中产生的一种创新性学校。特许学校在其管理中引入市场经济中的合同模式,采用契约式管理。这种管理主要分为与政府间的契约、与授权机构间的契约,以及与家长间的契约。特许学校为美国普通的公立学校及世界其他国家的基础学校改革提供了范例。

| Abstract: | Chart schools is a kind of innovative school springing up in elementary education reforms in the USA in 1990s.It introduces the contractual model of market economy into its management,and operates contractual management which can be categorized into contracts with the government,contracts with the authorized institutions,and contracts with parents of the students.The chart school offers examples for the reforms in American council schools and elementary schools of other countries. |
