| 摘 要： | 补办登记的婚姻效力自男女双方均符合结婚的实质要件时起算,"应当补办登记"存在着以下弊端影响了法律的权威性和严肃性;影响了结婚登记制度的贯彻执行;容易造成早婚早育.因此,对未办理结婚登记的应采取以下法律对策加强法制宣传、完善结婚登记制度、强化法律制裁手段.

| Abstract: | The marital validity of supplemental registration starts counting from the time when both sides of a couple conform to the marriage substantive necessary requisites."Ought to supplement registration"has following malpractice:swaying the authority and the solemnity of law,affecting the execution of marriage registration system,easy to create the early marriage and early nurture.Therefore, we should adopt the following legal countermeasure to those who have not registered:enhancing legal system propaganda;consummating the marriage registration system and strengthening legal sanction. |
