| Abstract: | Bestowing the criminal detective power on the frontier inspection station is the objective demand of the severe situation to fight against running a blockade in the port, and the demand to deliver a rnulti - demensional attack against the illegal exit - entry activity, and it' s decided by the port character of the illegal exit - entry case, which conforms with the consistent principle of both the matter and power, and it's also the demand to connect with the international practice. |
