| 摘 要： | 从2006年下半年开始,地方党委领导班子配备改革在全国实行,换届后的区县党委领导班子实行新的领导体制和工作机制,在实践中初显成效,也随之出现一些新问题。要在实践中进一步解决和完善这些问题,必须从思想认识、领导体制、决策程序、监督机制等方面入手。
