| 摘 要： | 资源和环境当今已构成对我国经济社会可持续发展的双重约束,发展循环经济,把循环经济的发展纳入科学化、法制化的轨道,制定和完善符合中国国情的循环经济法律,构筑完整系统的循环经济法律体系成了当务之急.研究循环经济立法的理念和背景,介绍发达国家循环经济立法的先进模式,将会对我国构建循环经济法律体系有所裨益.
