| Abstract: | 2006 years is one biggest year of adjusting control and the macro-control policy of real estate in our country.There are some changes;the policy environment of real estate after adjusting control,market condition and prices trend and consumer psychology etc..This thesis makes a study of these changes,and analyzes tendency for the 2007 real estates of our country.Meanwhile,the author puts forwards meaningful and referential ideas for the persons in charge of market and management of real estate. |
