| 摘 要： | 民族地区农村剩余劳动力从农业到非农业的职业转移过程中,社会资本发挥了很大的作用.但民族地区农村剩余劳动力所拥有的社会资本量极其有限,要改变这种状况根本办法之一就是采取多种措施从社会资本的宏观层面、中观层面和微观层面三个方面增加其社会资本.

| Abstract: | The social capital has played an important role in the process of transferring of the rural surplus labor force from agriculture to non-agriculture.However,the capital,which the rural surplus labor force owns is very limited.To change this situation,one of all ways is increasing quantity of the social capital from three aspects such as macroscopical,intermediate and microcosmic aspect by taking all kinds of measures. |
