我国电子党务的应用与发展

电子政务的发展使电子党务成为必然,并为之提供了一定的经验和前提;加强党的执政能力建设这一重大任务的提出,又为新形势下加快电子党务发展提供了良好的机遇。发展电子党务必须正视现实和不足,从改变观念、完善制度、健全法规、规范标准、强化配套等入手,采取有力措施,争取在短期内有一个较大的发展,以体现党的各项工作与时俱进的基本要求。
