| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革的深入、经济和社会的发展、人民生活水平的提高,机动车保有量迅速增加,机动车驾驶员队伍不断扩大,驾驶员管理教育工作出现了新的矛盾,继续沿用以前的管理模式,已经不能适应现实的需要了。因此,在我国城市汽车化时期,有必要对汽车驾驶员的再教育问题进行探讨、研究。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of our country's reform,the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living conditions,the possessive numbers of cars are increasing rapidly.There are more and more drivers and the drivers' administration work appears new contradiction.It does not meet the need of reality to use old administrative mode.So it is necessary to discuss and research drivers' reeducation in city automobile's times. |
