公安院校课堂教学质量评估过程的客观化

课堂教学质量评估充分调动了教师教学工作的主动性和积极性,有利于师资队伍的整体优化,在学校进行教学改革和教学质量管理、激励教师自我完善和提高方面具有重要的作用。课堂教学质量评估的关键问题是评估过程的客观化问题,即是否具有科学性和有效性、规范化和标准化的问题。我校教学评估工作是制度化和规范化的评估系统。通过对我校课堂教学质量评估表的结构效度、内容效度和信度的考查,以及对评估数据的处理方法的比较分析,认为我校教学质量评估表具有较好的信度和效度,评估结果具有客观性和可解释性。同时,在教学评估的学生评教阶段,加强了对干扰因素的控制,保证了整个评估过程的客观性。

On the Subjectivity of Teaching Assessment in Police Colleges

Teaching assessment will fully motivate teachers' initiative and enthusiasm and is good for optimizing the teaching facilities. The key problem in teaching assessment is the subjectivity of the procedure, that is, its validity and credibility . By evaluating the validity of content and structure and the credibility of the assessing system in our school, the author concludes that the assessing system in our school has high validity and credibility and the results have high subjectivity.
