| 摘 要： | 人民警察作为执法者,手中握有重大的权力。警察权力的使用是否正当,是一个国家法治文明的标志。目前,我国对警察的监督在不断加强,各种配套机制、法规在进一步完善,但是仍然存在不少漏洞。为了造就一支政治坚定、业务精通、作风优良、执法公正的公安队伍,警务督察工作应改变人事管理,排除督察人员顾虑;发挥警务督察优势,促进整体合力的形成;完善监管机制,改善监管不力现象;加强预测,发挥预防功能;开拓思路,创新监管模式。
