| 摘 要： | 本文从户口、收入来源、生活方式、社会互动等方面对宁夏银川市民乐村农民在失地前后进行了考察和对比分析，笔者认为，失地农民的市民化是一个综合的社会转变过程，其不仅仅是户口的转变，还存在社会保障和社会关系的重塑、思想意识的变迁等问题。解决失地农民市民化的问题，必须统筹兼顾，需要综合考虑各方面的因素，才能从根本上解决失地农民的生活和出路问题。
