警务实战一体化训练模式探讨

警务实战训练是人民警察队伍建设和业务建设的重要内容，是人民警察教育培训的重要组成部分。当前我国警务实战训练存在结合公安实际不够、人为分割各科目、各自为战的现状，因此我们应寻求相应对策，科学、合理地构建一体化训练的教学体系。

A Probe on the Integrating Training Model of Police Actual Combat

Police actual combat training is an important part of police force construction and competence construction and is also a major component of police education and training. At present, there exist certain problems in police actual combat training in China, such as, the insufficiency of combination with public security practice, man - made separation of subjects while each fighting its own battle, etc. Therefore, we shall seek relevant measures to construct a scientific and rational integrating training system.
