近年来,随着我国现代化水平的提高,交通事故、食品安全事故等现代文明副产品也随即增多.如何进行有效的损害赔偿是一个既关乎被侵权人权益保护,又关乎侵权行为自身法发展的问题.在英美侵权行为法发展的历程中,也面临过同样的问题,因而从比较法的角度重新审视英美侵权行为法发展过程中的损害赔偿社会化问题,无疑将对中国侵权行为法的发展有所借鉴.

Consideration of the Influence of the Damage Socialization to the Tort Law of Common Law System Countries

In recent years,along with modernization level of our country has been enhanced,such as traffic accident,food security accident and so on also increased.How to get the effective damage concerns both the right safeguard of the tortee and the development of tort law itself.The article will analyze the manifestation and the reason of damage socialization during the development of the tort law of Common Law System Countries from the angle of comparative law.Maybe it will be helpful to the development of Chinese Tort Law.
