| 摘 要： | 廉政政策执行是指廉政政策方案被采纳后,由政策执行机关把政策方案转变为现实的过程。公民有序参与有利于政府行政诚信的构建,提升廉政政策执行的认同,增进廉政政策执行的协调,消减廉政政策执行的偏差,强化廉政政策执行的监督。加强政府行政诚信建设,促进公民有序参与廉政政策执行的策略包括:塑造参与型政治文化,培育公民的参与意识;完善参与制度,保障公民的参与权利;实行阳光行政,拓宽公民的参与渠道;加强宣传教育,提高公民的参与能力。
