| 摘 要： | 雇用童工从事危重劳动的行为，严重侵害了童工的身心健康，妨害了国家相关法律的实施。本罪的主体为合法成立的单位，主观方面是故意。应对本罪的条文进行修正，以使其既适用于自然人犯罪，也适用于单位犯罪。

| Abstract: | Employing child to carry out harmful or heavy work not only violates seriously child＇s body and heart＇s health, but also impairs interrelated laws to take effect. The main body is the unit being established lawfully, and the subjective mentality is intentional. The content of this crime should be revised, so as it can be suited the natural person crime as well as the unit crime. |
