| 摘 要： | 为优化批捕诉讼构造、畅通侦查监督线索,提高审查批捕案件质量,海淀区人民检察院于2008年6月1日制订出台了<律师介入审查批捕程序办法(试行)>.在对该机制一年来的运行情况和取得的成效进行考察的基础上,从告知、申请会见、提交材料、审查核实、配套措施等五个方面对该机制的规范完善进行了探索.
