论警察执法监督机制的建立和完善

现阶段,警察执法活动中存在的违法乱纪问题已成为一个社会焦点,而建立和完善警察执法监督机制是解决这一问题的重要途径之一。笔者从我国现行警察执法监督机制的特点入手,剖析了目前警察执法监督机制存在的重大缺陷,总结了新的历史时期对警察执法监督机制的要求,最终提出了建立、健全警察执法监督机制的一些可行性措施,以求进一步完善我国现行警察执法监督机制。

On the Establishment and Perfection about the Supervision System of Law Enforcement of the Police

At present, the malfeasance in the activities of police's law enforcement has become a hot issue and at the same time one of the most important way to solve this problem is to set up and perfect the supervision system of law enforcement of the police. The author analyses serious defects existing in the present supervision system of law enforcement of the police, summarizing the demands towards supervision system of law enforcement of the police in the new historical period. Finally some feasible measures are raised to establish and perfect the supervision system of law enforcement of the police.
