| 摘 要： | 询问证人是刑侦工作中普遍采用的一种侦查措施,在侦查破案中起到十分重要的作用。正确把握证人的内涵和外延以及询问证人的方法策略有助于指导公安实践工作。由于我国的询问证人制度存在诸多缺陷,因此探究询问证人的基本策略,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Investigating witnesses is a detection measure generally used in criminal investigation,it plays a very important role in the detection.Grasping the connotation and extension of witnesses correctly and the methods and strategies of witnessing help to guide the practice of public security work.As there are many defects in our witnesses investigation,it is of theoretical importance and practical significance to explore the basic strategy of witnesses. |
