| Abstract: | No one should be twice punished for the same cause encounters a lot of troubles in manipulation. It is necessary to reveal the several theories, regulations and operating process of no one should be twice punished for the same cause from another aspect and analyze conscientiously "offence", "punishment"," the relation of offence and punishment" in combination with the philosophical analysis and practices of application. In the process of philosophical analysis, it should taking into account the regulations and cases. |
