As the mainstay of rural finance and the tie that contacts peasants,Shandong rural credit cooperatives have played a great role in supporting three agricultures.However,the development and survival of rural credit cooperatives have been restricted by so many serious problems such as unclear property right,heavy bad debts and unperfected management system.So should reform the management and property right system to make the development of the rural credit cooperative go into the good path.
