| 摘 要： | 以加入WTO为标志,中国全面融入了全球化进程。WTO和中国行政复议制度有着密切的关系,其规则对中国行政复议制度提出了“客观”、“公正”、“迅速”等具体要求,中国行政复议制度需据此进行进一步的改革以适应其要求。从根本上说,应以加入WTO为契机,对现行行政复议制度进行全面的反思,从整体上调整与重构行政复议制度。
