| Abstract: | Network community is a brand new fictitious and symbolized community system. At the first stage of the system, ethical problems become prominent. No other control mechanism is more effective than an inherent one which aims to reduce behavioral delinquency to the minimum. The key step in the establishment of such a mechanism lies in the enhancement of ethical self-discipline of the network populace. |
