| 摘 要： | 企业作为实施循环经济的主体,是发展循环经济的基础力量。因此,企业环境责任的确立有重大的意义,而企业环境责任确立的价值定位是实施企业环境责任的关键。在循环经济视野下,企业环境责任确立的价值定位应以和谐为中心。
