| 摘 要： | 加强工会领导机关干部队伍建设 ,对调动广大工会干部的积极性 ,对履行好工会的各项职责、发挥好工会组织的作用 ,完成新时期党和广大人民群众赋予工会组织的历史使命 ,开创工会工作新局面 ,均有着重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文对工会领导机关干部队伍建设存在的问题及如何加强队伍建设进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | This article will explore the existing problems of the construction of the union leaders and strengthening the construction.This exploration will have an important and far-reaching historical meaning for the purpose of the following:1.strengthening the construction of union leaders;2.arousing the enthusiasm of the union leaders and doing several duties of trade unions and giving full play of union organizations;3.completing the trade unions' historical duty that the CPC and the masses have entrusted to in the new period and creating a new prospect of trade union work. |
