| 摘 要： | 侦查工作在查获犯罪的同时又要注重公民合法权益的保障,因而侦查工作必须纳入法制化的轨道,通过法律来规范侦查行为。通过分析当前侦查工作法制现状,指出我国侦查工作应加强对侦查监督机制、沉默权问题、律师侦查阶段介入问题以及秘密侦查适用制度四个方面的法制化建设。

| Abstract: | It's necessary not only to detect crime in time but also to protect human rights in criminal investigation.So criminal investigation must be governed by law.According to analysis of the current situations of ourcountry's investigation,the paper argues that the legalization of investigation must pay attention to four aspects such as supervise investigation power,reticent right,lawyer intervene,secret criminal investigation. |
