改革开放30年福建省社会治安基本规律研究

改革开放30年来，福建省社会治安基本状况呈现出刑事案件梯次上升、治安案件梯次攀升后出现震荡、群体性治安事件由升转降、社会治安群众满意率逐年上升的局面。但从当前状况看，福建省维护稳定形势仍较严峻、犯罪总量居高不下、群体性治安事件稳中有降、犯罪类型趋向多元化，因此“平安福建”建设仍将面临许多新的挑战。

Study on the Basic Principle of Social Security in Fujian since the Reform and Opening up

Since the reform and opening up,in Fujian,criminal cases have increased hierarchically,public security cases have increased first and had shocking effect afterwards,group social order disturbing incidents have increased first and decreased afterwards,people's satisfaction on social security has improved year by year.At the present time,maintaining social stability is still a difficult task in Fujian.The number of criminal cases is very high,group social order disturbing incidents is going down and criminal types tend to be more and more diversified.Therefore,the construction of a "peaceful Fujian"will face many new challenges.
