我国干部教育培训面临的市场化挑战及应对

摘    要:无论是就相关理论研究还是就具体实践推进而言,当前干部教育培训供给模式备受市场化改革的挑战。我国现行干部教育培训供给模式的形成有其复杂且独特的原因,对其改革不能简单地挪用西方国家的民营化改革手段,而要以引进企业精神改造现有干部教育培训机构为重点,立足具体环境、分步有序推进。

Abstract:Either from the perspective of related theoretical research or specific practice, the current supply mode of cadre education is challenged by the market refor-mation. The reason of formation of this cadre education in our country is very complicated and unique. Thus,the reform of this kind education should not simply use the method of“privatization” in western countries, but introduce “entrepreneurship” to enhance the quality of existing cadre training institutions as the primary task, based on concrete envi-ronment and advancing step by step orderly.
