科协现状及发展对策新思考--从公共选择理论角度所作的几点分析

目前,与科协改革与发展有关的理论资源相对贫乏,科协自身改革与发展的实践,也由于较少创新性的思路导向以及内部不同的利益驱动而显得步履维艰.因此,应引入公共选择机制,一是以企业家精神改造科协;二是改革科协干部的晋升制度.

Consideration of Association of Science and Technology's Status Quo and Countermeasures to Development

Currently, Association of science and technology is relatively deficient in the theoretical resources, which are related to its own reform and development. The practice of its own reform and development walks with unsteady steps, because of less creative way of thinking and different interests-orientation. Therefore, Association of science and technology should import the mechanism of public choice. First of all, remake Association of science and technology in accordance with an enterpriser's consciousness; secondly, reform its promotion system towards cadres.
