The criterion of productivity is the fundamental principle to judge the rights and wrongs of all work. But for a long time,because of our misunderstanding, we alway regard the criterion of productivity as that of material which causes certain negative effects on the practical work. The criterion of productivity includes the elements of material and human being. Its development includes not only the accumulation of material but also the development of human being.
