| 摘 要： | 新时期我国高校辅导员队伍存在以下问题：辅导员数量不足，结构不合理；工作职责不明，队伍不稳定等。因此，高校辅导员必须跟上新形势、适应新要求、解决新问题、取得新成效。借鉴国内外高校的先进经验，走“高进、明责、严管、精育、优出”的良性循环之路，以建立起一支高素质的辅导员队伍。
