A Historical Perspective on the Evolution of British Lawyers and High Education for Legal Profession

After centuries of evolution,there are currently different sorts of lawyer including solicitors,barristers and Queen's counsels in the United Kingdom.They are devoted to different kinds of work,therefore, the requirements for their profession are different.From a historical perspective,this article aims to clarify some misunderstanding in the arguments whether the function of these different sorts of profession should be mergered,and make the conclusion that mergering isn't be finished in single-day.
