| 摘 要： | 从一元论和二元论的内涵入手,可以发现,两种理论概括在对国际法与国内法分析中都陷入了主权国家的思维局限,不能对现今全球化时代下的国际法发展作出合理的解释。对国际法与国内法的关系应作出一种对立统一的描述。
