| Abstract: | Party organizations at all levels in Ningxia shall,with the spirit of reform and innovation,carry out the grand project of party construction in a comprehensive way.They should build the party ideologically,organizationally,in the style of work and punish and prevent corruption.They should consistently improve scientific level of party construction.All these will provide a firm political and organizational guarantee for the building of a new harmonious and wealthy Ningxia and keeping pace with the nation to enter a well-off society in an all round way. |
