当前我国信访制度面临的问题及对策思考

信访制度是具有典型中国特色的制度。但随着我国社会转型,各种矛盾积聚,引发了持续上涨的信访洪峰,信访制度的改革势在必行。对此,社会各界提出强化信访和取消信访等几种改革思路。文章通过分析现行信访制度面临的困境,寻求其改革的出路。

On Problems and Countermeasures of Current Petition System in China

The petition system is a typical system with Chinese characteristics.With the transformation of our society,various contradictions accumulate and trigger rising peak petitions,thus,the petition system should be reformed.In this regard,all sections of society put forward several reform ideas such as strengthening the petition as well as cancellation of letters.By analyzing the current plight of the petition system,the paper tries to find the way out of reform.
