论保障警察正当执法权益

我国警察在执法过程中,正当执法权益受侵害的现象日趋严重,从表面上看受到侵害的只是民警个人,但实质上侵害活动是对国家法律以及国家执法权威的挑衅。当前侵害警察正当执法权益的行为的成因是复杂的,主要表现为法律保障不力、舆论的误导、执法环境的缺陷和非警务活动的影响等多个方面,因此必须采取切实可行的措施保障警察的正当执法权益。
